Important Guidelines

for submitting your final paper (since all papers will be merged and published with a Digital Printing System) Paper which do not meet these guidelines will not be published !

• PDF file format only in A4 = 210 x 297mm (letter format will not be accepted)
• Two columns with no page-numbers
• For your PDF creater find the buttons where to embded all fonts (including the Standard fonts), here you can find the instruction: Creating a PDF with Embedded Fonts. Please check file options on the fonts embedded before submitting
• Seven pages maximum. Extended paper possible up to 10 pages only with agreement of chair (additional fee of €30 per page over 7)

Please read the following before submitting a final paper:

With submitting a final paper to ECMS, the author/s states that this work has not been previously published elsewhere, or, if it has, that he has obtained permission for its publication by ECMS or its appointed agent. He exclusively transfers to European Council for Modelling and Simulation all rights granted to him by the copyright laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and other countries. After this work has been published by ECMS the author/s retains the right to republish it in whole or in part in any book of which he is an author or editor and to make personal use of this work in lectures, courses, or otherwise. By submitting a final paper you ensure that at least ONE AUTHOR will take part at the conference and present the paper !

As an author you will have to register first before being able to upload a paper. Please upload your final paper (PDF Version with all fonts embedded) via our automatic submission system : Automatic submission system

After a successful registration you will receive an email stating your "Login (Username)" and your "Password" please keep this mailYour personal data will be displayed and your are asked to now list All co-authors* here with Title* (correct paper title) Abstract (less than 400 words) Paper File* (upload your PDF file here) Track* please check our TRACK webpage and choose the main topic your paper shall be reviewed in and being presented in case of acceptance. After your paper got uploaded successfully you and your co-authors will receive a confirmation-email !!!! You may upload a revised version of your paper before the final deadline, but please inform the office about a changed version: ecms@scs-europe.net
No one will know about changed paper versions without being notified by you!

For LaTeX Users:
We do not give any support to Latex-users! You may use Latex but you have to make sure your pdf file meets the guidelines above.
